Jindal Companies Core Values
Ethical standards: Jindal Group strongly believes in ethics as a way of life and positively encourages it as being part of the personal make up and part of the corporate values. Without strong sense of personal ethics, an individual may not contribute to the corporate ethics and hence, ethics permeates us at all levels: personal and corporate.
Transparency: No one likes to be kept out of the loop at whatever stage of a process. Jindal operates in a fairly transparent manner, whether it is dealing with a buyer or a seller or both. We find transparency helps bolster confidence and build trust.
Excellence: If we are not better tomorrow than we were yesterday we cannot be good today. Excellence is a never ending pursuit of perfection that gives its own rewards in the form of enhanced reputation.
Timeliness: Delays can cause losses and build distrust as well with long-term damages. As such we are meticulous about adhering to promised timelines and nearly always complete our obligations ahead of time.
Courtesy: Courtesy is what defines a refined human being. Courtesy permeates our culture in dealing with superiors, subordinates, vendors, contractors and customers.
Pricing: It is just right is another of our core operational policies. Maximizing profits is a short sighted approach. We look to build lasting connections with buyer and seller by pricing it just right so that a product is affordable for buyer and the selling price nets a fair return for seller.
